Project management

The Project Management (PM) business area provides construction management and construction consultancy services, while bringing together skills and knowledge in project and design management.

EKJ provides advice from the initial considerations of a construction project through to the handover and commissioning of the finished construction project.

We work with a long portfolio of projects and have advised on projects such as Nationalbanken, Urbanplanen, Marina Park (ATP-Ejendomme), Jagtvej 169 (PFA Ejendomme) and Classic Car House.

Construction consultancy is carried out at all levels, from small consultancy assignments to large cases. Our client advisors draw on a wide range of skills from specialists in other departments of the firm and ensure, through an interdisciplinary approach, that an early overview of the many challenges of the projects is created.

EKJ's construction managers are responsible for managing the construction process and ensuring that time, finances, quality and working environment are coordinated during design and execution. We work with targeted competence development at all levels and several of our project managers are certified in e.g. PRINCE2®
