Our organisation
Our employees are our most important resource, because it is their knowledge and experience that creates the best projects. As a nationwide company, we have organised ourselves in teams under the umbrella business areas of Environment & Climate, Construction, Project Management, Engineering, EKJ North and EKJ South, all of which work across disciplines.
Our departments and teams are continuously adapted to complement each other. The organisation has a flat structure, where we focus on releasing mandate and action power to our employees, because this creates well-being and motivation and thus even better projects for our customers and partners.
Our services
We provide management, engineering and environmental consultancy to public and private organisations and owners, contractors and construction management companies. Our services include planning, design, construction management, operation and maintenance of general and special structures and installations.
- In construction, we undertake simple and complex assignments for developers and building owners, including educational buildings, laboratories, hospitals, medical facilities, museums, airports and hotels. In civil engineering, we provide engineering services for metro, rail, roads and highways, tunnels, airports and ports. We want to contribute to a greener construction industry and are passionate about bringing sustainability in the form of DGNB, environmental management and UN SDGs into our project solutions.
