Tri-Consult A/S
In September 2021, Tri-Consult A/S in Aarhus became part of EKJ. Together, the parties will strengthen the market position in the Aarhus area in particular and create positive synergies and project opportunities to the benefit of both companies.

Bossen and Hansen A/S
In February 2019, EKJ Kolding bought the company Bossen og Hansen A/S. The acquisition strengthens EKJ's position as a nationwide company with expertise in the metro and rail sector as well as strong and weak current engineering consultancy. Bossen og Hansen will continue as an independent company and, as part of EKJ, will strengthen its professional platform.
Together with EKJ RÅDGIVENDE INGENIØRER, Bossen and Hansen have solved design tasks for Banedanmark, Sund&Bælt (Femern) and Cityringen. The collaboration has created a desire for a more formal relationship to the benefit of both parties.

I am very pleased that we will keep our identity - including our name and roles - now we are just part of a bigger and stronger company," said Finn Hansen, CEO of Bossen and Hansen, in connection with the acquisition.
Broconsult
In 2010, EKJ acquired Broconsult, which has provided consultancy services to public sector clients since 1980. Particularly in connection with inspection, condition assessment, strengthening and maintenance of bridges and tunnels, etc.
Broconsult possesses a great expertise in diagnosing, choosing durable repair solutions, lifetime assessments. Also to set up and price different strategies, load capacity calculations and bridge classifications.
In addition, the company has developed a bridge management system for municipalities, so that today the company handles bridge management for about 1/4 of the country's municipalities. Bridge management includes the planning and design of new bridges as well as the reconstruction and strengthening of existing bridges. The company has extensive knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of various construction designs, knowledge that is applied to new projects.
Broconsult currently has approximately 15 employees at its head office in Sct. Peders Stræde 4A in Roskilde and at the regional office at Gasværksvej 24 in Aalborg.
EKJ Bulgaria
EKJ established the subsidiary EKJ Bulgaria in Sofia, Bulgaria on 1 June 2013. EKJ Bulgaria's primary goal is to offer competitive solutions and meet all requirements and expectations of customers and partners. By means of a good organization and a quality conscious effort, as well as in compliance with all technical requirements, it aims to perform all services on time, within budget and with the expected quality.
The office in Sofia, Racho Dimchev 1, entrance A, floor 1, ap.2, is staffed by 10 young engineers graduated from the Master's program, headed by M.Sc.Eng. Alexander Jiponov, who has many years of experience both nationally and internationally in consulting engineering.
