One of the 4 founders of the EKJ Foundation in 1984 and member of the Foundation Board since then. The current term expires in 2021.

Actively involved and primary initiator in defining and formulating a policy in EKJ to extend ownership to employees through the EKJ Foundation as a "stock exchange", as well as establishing conditions for smooth succession in company management over time.
