Construction Management

We offer construction management advice. Our experience is broad, as this area is one of our core competencies. We advise on many different types of construction projects, and work on both main and specialist contracts.

When we consider something to be our core competence, it's because we have a solid basis for doing it. When we take on the role of construction manager, a lot of responsibility comes with it, which we address through effective and solid advice. We know from experience that both construction knowledge and helicopter vision are needed to fulfil the role. That's why our construction managers hone their skills every day through active projects, and in this way we achieve the most useful collaboration between all parties.

The initial stages of a project should never be underestimated, as many of the key decisions are made here. That's why, as construction managers, we're always involved right from the start. That way we can ensure a focused and structured process that also pushes the project forward.

When we take on the responsibility that comes with construction management advice, there is also a responsibility to the client to manage the phases of the process through, among other things, construction supervision and meetings. Our goal is also to create confidence in the process, and especially in the execution phase. In addition, our construction management always strives to deliver the project on time, on budget and on quality.

Our services are offered for both construction and civil engineering projects, and our competent team is happy to take over the management to ensure the framework of the construction. Regardless of the requirements, we also work with occupational health and safety coordination on site. This creates the best conditions, just as the legal requirements for this are complied with.
