We do this by following applicable legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, hereinafter referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation). Therefore, our privacy policy describes what personal data we collect, how, when and why we process it, how we secure it and when it is deleted.
We keep all data collected in a secure and confidential manner, with the necessary technological and organizational measures in place. Only persons for whom the information is relevant will have access to the data.
At the end of the customer/collaboration relationship, we will decide which data we will continue to retain and which should be deleted. This will always be the case unless otherwise agreed, there is a legal basis for keeping data longer or it is necessary for the company's work.
