Special skills: extensive knowledge of EKJ's staff and many external customers, authorities and legislation, especially in the environmental field.

Special skills: Jon has great professional insight and has for many years acted as a multidisciplinary project and design manager on major construction projects in education, healthcare and medical facilities, among others.
Jon also acts as a client advisor and has participated as a professional judge in a number of major project competitions.

Employment with EKJ ended after a further 4 years as client advisor in early 2007. Extensive industry knowledge from Vice-Chair position on the Board of the Association of Consulting Engineers FRI.
One of the 4 founders of the EKJ Foundation in 1984 and member of the Foundation Board since then. The current term expires in 2021.
Specific competencies of the Board: broad knowledge of most aspects of EKJ's business and the consulting engineering industry in general. Actively involved and primary initiator in defining and formulating a policy in EKJ to extend ownership to employees through the EKJ Foundation as a "stock exchange", as well as establishing conditions for smooth succession in company management over time.
