Graduated as a technical assistant in 1973. Has since been active in EKJ's administration, including as Executive Secretary and for a number of years as responsible for the daily operations of the accounting department and HR.

Specific competencies: general knowledge and experience in accounting, including EKJ Foundation accounting and administration - including administration of EKJ shares. Detailed knowledge of the staff of EKJ.
Graduated as Cand Scient Biologist in 1984. Head of Unit in EKJ's Environment Department.
Elected to the Fund Board in 2008 following nomination by EKJ senior staff, and reappointed every 3 years since. Current term expires in 2023.
Special skills: extensive knowledge of EKJ's staff and many external customers, authorities and legislation, especially in the environmental field.

Specific competencies: has more than 25 years of experience in the audit and advisory industry. Sune has helped both Danish and foreign companies with complex issues ranging from IPOs to IFRS conversion projects.

Has been Sector Manager for Construction and Project Management at EKJ since 2013. From October 2018 Sector Director for Construction and Project Management.
Elected as a member of the EKJ Foundation Board in 2020. Current term expires 2023.
Special skills: Jon has great professional insight and has for many years acted as a multidisciplinary project and design manager on major construction projects in education, healthcare and medical facilities, among others.
Jon also acts as a client advisor and has participated as a professional judge in a number of major project competitions.

Graduated as a civil engineer in 1968. Joined EKJ in 1970 as project engineer. Managerial roles from 1978. Managing Director of EKJ 1 Jan 1985 to 1 May 2003. Employment with EKJ ended after a further 4 years as client advisor in early 2007. Extensive industry knowledge from Vice-Chair position on the Board of the Association of Consulting Engineers FRI.
One of the 4 founders of the EKJ Foundation in 1984 and member of the Foundation Board since then. The current term expires in 2021.
Specific competencies of the Board: broad knowledge of most aspects of EKJ's business and the consulting engineering industry in general. Actively involved and primary initiator in defining and formulating a policy in EKJ to extend ownership to employees through the EKJ Foundation as a "stock exchange", as well as establishing conditions for smooth succession in company management over time.
